Answering a survey from your center

Where your center's surveys are, answering one, and who sees what you say.

For parents and guardians

Where to find them

Go to More and tap Surveys, under Stay connected. It lists the surveys your center has sent that are still open. If there's one you haven't answered, a Pending survey card is at the top.

RoundUp doesn't send a notification when a survey arrives, so your center will usually mention it. When your center closes a survey, it leaves the list. If it says No surveys yet, there's nothing open.

Answering a survey

  1. Open it Tap Fill out survey.
  2. Answer every question Each question is a rating from 1 to 5 stars, Yes or No, or a written answer.
  3. Send it Tap Submit. You'll see Response submitted — thank you!

Every question needs an answer; if one is blank, the app says Please answer all questions.

Once you've sent it

The survey shows Submitted. You can answer each survey once, and you can't change your answers afterwards. If you want to add something, message your center.

Surveys are in the app only; the family portal on the web doesn't have them.

Your answers aren't anonymous

Your answers are saved with your name and email, and your center's directors can read them. Write what you'd be comfortable saying to the director in person. Other families never see your answers.

Still stuck?

Your center's director can see your family's account and can fix most things fastest. If the app itself is misbehaving, that one's ours.
