I forgot my password

Resetting it yourself, and what to try if the email doesn't turn up.

For parents and guardians

Reset it

On the sign-in screen choose Forgot password and enter your email address. You'll get an email with a link to set a new one.

Use the address your center has for you — a reset sent to an address that isn't on your account won't arrive, and won't tell you why.

If the email doesn't arrive

  • Check spam and promotions.
  • Give it a few minutes — it's usually fast, but not always instant.
  • Confirm with your center which address is on your account.

Reset links expire, so if you find an old one in your inbox later, request a fresh one rather than trying it.

If you sign in another way

Password reset is for family accounts. Staff at some centers sign in through their center's own system instead, and their passwords are managed there rather than in RoundUp.

What your center can and can't do

Your director can confirm which email address is on your account and re-send an invitation. They cannot see or set your password — nobody can, including us. That's deliberate: an account that staff can take over is an account that isn't really yours.

Never share it

Nobody from your center or from RoundUp will ever ask for your password. If someone does, that's the whole warning sign.

Still stuck?

Your center's director can see your family's account and can fix most things fastest. If the app itself is misbehaving, that one's ours.
