I didn't get an invite
The four things worth checking before you ask, and exactly what to ask for if none of them work.
Check spam first
This is the answer most of the time. The invitation comes from RoundUp rather than from your center's own address, which is exactly the pattern spam filters treat with suspicion. Look in spam, junk and promotions, and search for "RoundUp" rather than scrolling.
Is it going to the right address?
Ask your center which email address they have for you. A single typo produces an invitation that disappears silently — nothing bounces back to your center to tell them, which is why this can go unnoticed for weeks.
If you gave a work address at enrollment and check a personal one, that's often the whole story.
Expired links
Invitations expire. If yours says the link is no longer valid, it worked — you're just late. Ask for a new one; your director can send it in seconds from their phone.
What to ask your center
A message that gets this fixed in one reply:
"I haven't received the RoundUp invitation. Could you confirm which email address you have for me and re-send it?"
That covers both likely causes at once, rather than trading messages about spam folders for two days.
Is it real?
Reasonable question, and worth asking. A genuine RoundUp invitation comes from your center, names your child, and links to a page on roundupece.com. If something looks off, don't click — ask your center whether they sent it.
Your center will never ask you for your RoundUp password, and neither will we. Nobody who genuinely needs to help you needs it.
