Signing in on a new phone
Nothing lives on your old phone — here's the short version.
What to do
Install RoundUp on the new phone and sign in with the same email address and password. That's it — there's no transfer, no code, and nothing to export beforehand.
Nothing is lost
Your child's history, photos, messages and billing live in your account, not on the handset. Signing in on a new phone shows you everything that was on the old one.
If you'd saved photos to your old phone's camera roll, those are a separate copy and move with your usual phone-to-phone transfer.
Your old phone
If you're passing it on or selling it, sign out of RoundUp before you wipe it — belt and braces. A factory reset removes the app and its data, but signing out first costs nothing.
Using two devices
You can stay signed in on more than one device — a phone and a tablet, for instance. They show the same information.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. See I forgot my password.
