Working in RoundUp today

  • All locationsEvery site's enrollment, attendance, ratios, money and compliance on one screen, with one directory, calendar, schedule and admissions list across sites.
  • Student transfersMove a child to another site in your organization with their profile, allergies, immunizations and guardians. History stays at the site where the care happened.
  • Organization templatesForms, bill plans and compliance checklists every site adopts. You choose which parts are locked.
  • BillingBill every family at once, safe to run twice. Track expenses, and see invoiced, collected, outstanding, aging and net by site and program. Billing access is set per person, per site.
  • Fees inside forms and contractsCharge an application fee or deposit where the family fills in the form. Signing a tuition agreement starts their tuition plan.
  • Opening balancesUpload your old billing system's balance report, and each family gets one invoice for what it still owes.
  • LanguagesThe app in English, Spanish and French. The family payment portal in English and Spanish.
