Tuition & Payments
+CA$65/moStripe, built into RoundUp. Families pay in Canadian dollars by card or pre-authorized debit (PAD) from a Canadian bank account, with autopay and automatic late fees. Stripe’s standard rates, with no RoundUp markup.
Family Engagement+

More than one location?
One Base plan, plus Multi-Site, plus a charge for each location after the first. A 3-location organization on Base pays CA$416 a month before add-ons. Includes cross-location reporting, centralized billing and a dedicated success contact.

What we don’t offer Canadian centres yet.
- Centres with more than 75 children at a location. Talk to us and we’ll price it with you.
- Starter, the plan for home and very small programs.
- The Everything bundle. Pick add-ons one at a time instead.
- Funding & Food Program. Its reports are for US subsidy and food programs. Reporting for CWELCC and provincial fee subsidies isn’t built yet.
Before you ask.
Do prices include GST/HST?
No. Prices on this page are before GST/HST.
Will we ever be billed in US dollars?
No. A Canadian centre’s subscription is billed in Canadian dollars, and RoundUp refuses to bill it in US dollars instead.
How much do we save paying annually?
About 15%. Base is CA$109 a month billed annually instead of CA$129 monthly, and each add-on is less too.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup (moving your records in and training your team) is priced separately. We’ll tell you the amount, in Canadian dollars, before you sign anything.
What does payment processing cost?
Tuition payments go to your centre’s own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard rates for Canada. RoundUp adds no markup.
